Getting started: Following an initial chat, and the completion of a mandatory brand questionnaire that we will provide, we undertake an extensive research process to further understand your brand, industry and market place. We will then proceed to create a robust brand guidelines for your company.
We will need company assets, e.g. logo and any other brand collateral and existing Brand Stratey documentation that includes Brand positioning, Brand value proposition, user profiles, Brand Personality, Brand Purpose, Tone of Voice, Imagery styles etc

2. Will the work match my brand?
Yes, you will get a chance to share brand aspects in a questionnaire and conversation with our team. They will also use your website and past content for guidance.

4. How do I get started?
It’s pretty simple, you visit our store and purchase the item of choice. Once that is done, you will receive an email from us assigning you a project team within the next 4-6 business hours who will commence the project by asking questions relevant to the project.
5. What happens if I don’t like my finished task? What is your refund guarantee?
You are entitled to get 1 free revision round, and if the final product still doesn't match what you described in your brief even after the free round of revision, it will be brought to our review committee. Our review committee will have a conference discussion with you and the project team to understand the details of your concern and request. Once the discussion is over and if your request for upheld, you will get a full refund in the form of a gift card that you can utilise for future purchases.
