Brand Research & Strategy

PRA started out as a very promising brand to do business with when it launched in the Pune Market.Though not an established brand name with longevity, customers loved the layouts and the price at which PRA was offering the product to them. Also PRA had a unique first mover advantage and scenic/on main locations in Kondhwa Annexe and Wagholi.

However, due to the litigations and land approvals, delays in govt. approvals, and construction timelines, PRA’s image lost its sheen in the last few years. People were disappointed with the Brand and it needed organization restructuring and implement processes and systems to ensure that its Brand did not suffer any further to improve its relationship with its customers and potential customers.

By taking on a strategic analytical approach, we found the ideal positioning that would help PRA standout from the competition and also designed the brand Systems, Identity & Assets that would help succeed in the marketplace

Brand Identity & Assets

PRA’s brand was built on the ideals of Real Promise and Unbelievable Value - to delivered to customers and partners – based on pillars of  expertise, quality of construction, pro-active customer service, world class amenities and operating as a law-abiding film, for PRA was founded and built on this philosophy.

The new Brand identity & communication captured and expressed these ideals of PRA, engaged audiences, enhanced profile and reputation, and advanced their position in every piece of work they did.

It was critical to present the brand in a unified way that spoke clearly, and enabled PRA to tell their story consistently, compellingly and collectively.
